Oakridge Montessori Schools

Admission Requirements

Oakridge Montessori is designed for potty trained children, ages 2 liz to 6 years old, and first through fIfth grade. Those prospective parents wishing a trial visit to the school or a tour of the facility may do so by appointment. Oakridge Montessori School does not accept drop-in child care as we are a school. In order to attend the mandatory forms must be completed for each child. Before your child's first day in school, the following are required:

  1. A new or renewal signed contract.
  2. 3 current pictures of your child, one for file, one for cubby and one for class.
  3. A registration form, completed in full.
  4. A student questionnaire form, completed in full.
  5. The $100 registration fee, $16 snack fee and the first month's tuition.
  6. A completed Health Form.
  7. A completed Consent to Medical Care form.
  8. A completed Dept. of Health Immunization Form.
  9. A completed Pick-up Form
  10. The necessary school supplies.

Our facility does accept a limited number of children whose care may be subsidized. The number of children accepted depends on current enrollment and availability.
